Refund Policy

Our books are digital, delivered the moment you buy them — which means they can’t be “returned” the way a physical book can. Here’s how we handle refunds, and where we’ll always make things right.

Our approach

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and can be downloaded straight away, all sales are generally final once a file has been accessed. That said, we want every customer to be happy, so we’ll always step in when something genuinely goes wrong with your order.

Refunds we’re happy to give

We will issue a refund (or, where you prefer, fix the problem) in cases such as:

  • you were charged more than once for the same item;
  • the file is faulty or corrupted and we’re unable to provide a working copy;
  • you never received your download and we can’t deliver it to you; or
  • you were sent the wrong product.

What isn’t eligible

Because the product is digital and non-returnable, we generally can’t offer refunds for:

  • a change of mind after the file has been downloaded;
  • not enjoying the story, or having already read the book;
  • a device or app that doesn’t support the format, where this could have been checked before buying; or
  • buying the wrong title by mistake after downloading it.

Time limit

Please make eligible refund requests within 14 days of your purchase. If a file turns out to be faulty, contact us whenever you discover it and we’ll help — a broken download isn’t something we hold you to a deadline over.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@centerstagepublishingllc.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a little more detail — for example, a screenshot of an error — so we can resolve it quickly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once processed, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We’ll confirm by email when a refund has been sent.

Before you start a chargeback

If something’s wrong, please reach out to us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us can delay the outcome for everyone.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
