Center Stage Publishing sells digital ebooks — so there’s nothing to ship and nothing to wait for in the mail. Your books are delivered instantly, online. Here’s exactly how it works.

Digital products only

Everything we sell is a digital ebook delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical items, which means there is no shipping address to enter, no delivery courier, and no shipping fees — the price you see at checkout is for the digital download itself.

How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ebook is made available to you in two ways:

a download link on the order-confirmation screen and in your confirmation email; and
in the Downloads area of your account, where your purchases are stored.

From there you can download your files to any device you like.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate in almost all cases — your files are ready within moments of a successful payment. If a payment needs manual review, delivery may take a little longer, and your confirmation email will arrive once it clears.

Shipping costs

There are none. Because nothing is physically shipped, no shipping or handling charges are ever added to your order. Any applicable taxes, if shown, are calculated at checkout.

File formats and devices

Ebooks are provided in common formats such as EPUB, MOBI, or PDF, as noted on each product page. Please make sure your e-reader, tablet, phone, or app supports the format before purchasing. You are welcome to keep your own backup copies of any files you download.

Accessing and re-downloading

You can return to your account to download your purchases again at any time. Download links may be subject to reasonable limits on the number of downloads or how long they stay active; if a link has expired, just sign in to your account or contact us and we’ll help.

Didn’t receive your download?

If your files don’t appear right away, please try the following:

check the Downloads section of your account;
look in your email’s spam or promotions folder for the confirmation; and
confirm your payment completed successfully.

Still stuck, or received a file that won’t open? Email us and we’ll sort it out. Faulty files are covered by our Refund Policy.

Worldwide availability

Because our products are digital, they are available to buy and download from anywhere in the world, with no customs, import duties, or delivery delays.
