Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Center Stage Publishing LLC (“Center Stage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at centerstagepublishingllc.com, including the purchase and download of any ebooks or other digital products offered through it (the “Service”).

By using the Service or completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Our products

We sell digital books (“ebooks”) delivered electronically. Ebooks are made available for download in one or more file formats (such as EPUB, MOBI, or PDF). We do our best to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, cover images, or other content are complete or error-free.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown on the relevant product page and are payable at checkout in the currency stated. We may change prices, products, or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; by paying, you also agree to their terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these Terms.

Digital delivery and downloads

After your payment is confirmed, your ebook files become available to download from your account or via the link provided. Download links may be subject to reasonable limits on the number of downloads or the time they remain active.

You are responsible for ensuring your device can open the file format you select and for keeping your own backup copies. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, software, or internet connection.

Licence to use our ebooks

When you buy an ebook, you do not buy the work itself — you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, resell, rent, lend, or redistribute the ebook or any part of it;
• share your files or download links with others, or upload them to any public or file-sharing service;
• remove or alter any copyright notice, author credit, or watermark; or
• use the content to train, develop, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI system.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the ebooks, text, cover art, logos, and the “Center Stage Publishing” name — is owned by Center Stage Publishing LLC or its authors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once a download has been accessed. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where a file is faulty or you were charged in error, we will honour it. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
